Terms of Use

You accept these terms when you buy a course, programme, Membership or piece of content from thebrandologist.co, brandsandthebrave.com or from the brandedme.co. Henceforth, the term for all of these platforms is ‘School’. One to one services are covered under individual contract.

1. Terms

By accessing the School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You have the right to cancel Membership payments at any time. From the point of cancellation, provided 7 days notice is given, your next payment will not be taken. You do not have the right to cancel fixed term payment plans (See point 9, refunds).

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website(s) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;

    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;

    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

    5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Brandologist at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the school websites are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the School or The Brandologist be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errors

The materials appearing on the School websites may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The Brandologist & The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School websites or The Brandologist shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Refunds

There are no refunds or money back guarantees.

10. Payment

Payment is expected in full or every month for the fixed term based on your monthly subscription duration. By purchasing a course or product from one of the afore mentioned School websites or platforms, you are bound by the payment terms. Late payments may result in students being removed from the school along with credit control action to recover payments, along with interest & additional fees relating to the recovery of monies you owe being applied. Monthly recurring Membership payments are not subject to a fixed term & your subscription may be cancelled with payment expected up to & included the current month.

10. Liability

The Brandologist accepts no liability for the results &/or performance of your business. The Brandologist accepts no liability for costs incurred during any course, programme, content, product or Membership.

11. Group coaching

Group coaching. Q&A & any other ‘live’ meetings are hosted at the discretion of The Brandologist. Dates, times & frequency may vary.

12. Right to refuse

The Brandologist has the right to refuse comment, feedback or any kind of consultancy service, which are given at the discretion of The Brandologist.

13. Your data

By signing up to a programme The Brandologist, Brands & The Brave or Branded Me, such as a webinar, challenge, resources or any other such offer that entails entering your email address (except for Contact via the contact form or email), you may be contacted via email with future news & updates, as at the discretion of the Brandologist. Your information is never passed to a third party & you may unsubscribe any time.
